Georg Philipp Telemann, Concerto in F major for Recorder, Horn, and Continuo
-Dr. Don Fader (recorder), Yu Hirono (natural horn), Stephen Gomez-Peck (harpsichord)
-The Early Chamber Music program at the University of Alabama led by Dr. Gesa Kordes offers a great opportunity to learn to play in a style that was previously foreign to me. It has also given me the chance to perform on a keyboard instrument in public for the first time.
-This performance is from the program's Fall 2022 concert on Monday, November 14th and featured numerous ensembles
Mvt. III–Tempo di Menuet
Chet Baker's opening solo on "There Will Never Be Another You"
-Original track from Chet Baker Sings, Pacific Jazz Records (1954)
-Stephen Gomez-Peck (trumpet w/ cup mute)
-This recording was from a random morning in January of 2017 when I was staying at my cousin Kate's and her husband Fed's apartment in Boston
The Beatles, "Penny Lane," cover, produced by Sawyer Hitchcock
-Original track released as a single in 1967
-Sawyer Hitchcock (vocals, guitar, recording and production), Stephen Gomez-Peck (piccolo trumpet and piano), Marquese Carter (drum set)
-During the spring of my senior year of college (2016), one of my best friends (Sawyer Hitchcock) needed to do a project for one of his sound recording technology classes where he was to produce a cover of a song. He got me to play piccolo trumpet (obviously I take some things down the octave from David Mason's original...) and piano and another friend from the track team for play drums. This was the end result!
